Rates and Seasons
During peak times, all five guestrooms must be reserved. During other times of the year guests are welcome to reserve as few as three guestrooms (maximum six people) at a time while still having exclusive use of the entire private property (vacant rooms will be locked and not usable)
Peak Season: Christmas/New Year's (December 17 to January 7)
- $1650 per night: All five guestrooms (up to ten guests)
- Entire villa must be reserved during peak season
- Five night minimum, five guestroom minimum
- Pre-paid in full at the time of reservation. Non-refundable
Regular High Season (October 28 to May 5)
- $1300 per night: All five guestrooms (up to ten guests)*
- Entire villa must be reserved during high season
- Five night minimum, five guestroom minimum
Low Season (May 6 to October 27): Save 40% Off Regular Rates!
- $555 per night: Three guestrooms (up to six guests)*
- $690 per night: Four guestrooms (up to eight guests)*
- $780 per night: All five guestrooms (up to 10 guests)
- 40% off regular rates ($375 - $780 includes the 40% discount)
- Three night minimum, two guestroom minimum
*When booking three to four guestrooms, guests may select their rooms upon arrival. Vacant rooms will be locked and not available during the stay.
